Position Description

POSITION SUMMARY RN Case Manager REMOTE

POSITION DUTIES DCP in an acute care setting

MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS CA RN License In Hand

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Kaiser exp (not req) + Prefer ED/ICU/PCC or Transfer Center Experience

LENGTH OF ASSIGNMENT 13 weeks

SHIFT / HOURS PER WEEK 8:30am - 5:00pm (likely every other weekend)
