A respected Brooklyn-based non-profit providing residential services to Individuals with developmental disabilities is seeking an experienced RN Coordinator to join their leadership team.

What You’ll Lead:  You’ll oversee nursing services across IRA and ICF residences, ensuring regulatory compliance, operational excellence, and person-centered support that promotes dignity, independence, and community inclusion. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day residential nursing operations

• Ensure compliance with OPWDD regulations and agency policies

• Conduct site visits (including evenings/overnights) to monitor service quality

• Provide on-call support and crisis response

• Partner with interdisciplinary teams including Nursing, Psychology, and QA

• Review Life Plans, IPOP, and Habilitation Plans

• Lead and mentor Residence Supervisors

• Support hiring, retention, and performance management

• Ensure regulatory training compliance

• Monitor incident reporting, fire safety, and environmental standards

• Participate in investigations and corrective action planning

Qualifications Include

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (Master’s preferred)

• Active NY RN License

• 3+ years nursing experience in residential services for Individuals with developmental disabilities

• 2+ years supervisory experience

• Strong knowledge of OPWDD regulations
